Bed was not maintained and after tanning I received a rash on my elbows and lower back. I know it's not my lotion because I have used the same lotion for years. After going in and explaining what had happened and asked if I could pay for the visits used and get a refund for the remainding time they said "no we don't do that and are bed is clean and don't know how you would get a rash from it" an die said I did. Poor customer service. I will never give them my business and don't recommend tanning here.
